Sarah was fantastic. She was the one who helped us buy what was a 1031 exchange about 9 years ago and she was the one we went to when we needed to sell it. She knows the market on the coast, helped us figure out how much to ask for it, even while national politics were making people nervous about buying right now. When it became clear we had to sell it soon for tax reasons, she camped at the house on weekends to make sure she didn't miss a possible sale.
