Sarah and Kermit Johnson, husband and wife Realtor team, know how to find homes for clients all over the Oregon Coast, beginning in Clatsop county and going as far south as Lane County – covering Lincoln County and Tillamook County in between.  Specifically, Pacific City, Rockaway, Bay City, Neskowin , Otis & Lincoln City, Depoe Bay, Newport, Tidewater, Alsea, Waldport, Yachats and Florence.

Kermit is a licensed contractor in Oregon with over 35 years of experience in building, remodelling and interior custom floor and countertop installations. Sarah has been a marketing executive for over 19 years – most recently as CEO of Reliable Leads Inc., a web-based marketing firm that manages campaigns for real estate companies and lenders.  Both are licensed Oregon REALTORS and members of the Lincoln County Board of Realtors.Taylor & Taylor logo

Sarah devotes most of her time negotiating transactions on behalf of their clients and performing daily searches for homes along the Oregon Coast that will appeal to their buyers.   While managing their client’s property listings to their best advantage, Kermit and Sarah bring their ‘do it now’ philosophy and extremely focused work ethic to their team of co-operating Realtors to meet the needs of their buyers and sellers.

Kermit, also a licensed and bonded contractor, brings his knowledge of construction, permit acquisition and project management to the real estate profession.  This adds an element of experience that is huge for buyers who plan to build, remodel or just want to be well-educated about the property that they are purchasing or selling.

For sellers, the Team posts regularly on media sites, utilizing professional photographers and virtual tours.  Sarah hosts co-operative broker invitationals, open house showings and street-level marketing and sends timely reports to all her clients giving them updates on showings, passing on the property feedback she requests of all brokers who show their listed properties.  Both Sarah and Kermit are eager to give individual recommendations for what would help a property to be more appealing to buyers, knowing that each listing has its own virtues and unique aspects that should be known by potential buyers.  Additionally, Kermit and Sarah provide a set of scheduled updates to keep their client’s properties in the eye of the buying public and vacant properties are visited and kept current for showing to their best advantage.

Kermit and Sarah make sure to keep their responses to all buyer’s needs current, performing daily property searches for new listings that fit their clients’ requests.  Each client is provided with his or her own custom property search portal that allows them to search properties just like a Realtor. The Team Johnson licensed user-friendly software enables real-time feedback and direct communication regarding specific properties.   When a new property comes on the market within each search criteria, the client is notified automatically so they can act fast.

It’s a good thing that Sarah and Kermit use cutting-edge automated internet systems for many necessary real estate functions. There is a lot to do in a day and technology is useful for many aspects of the necessary paperwork, but there is no automated substitute for the personal connections and attention to the needs of buyers and sellers.  The Johnson Real Estate team always makes sure that there is time for the most important part of being a real estate advocate: listening and advocating for their clients’ wants, needs and wishes.
