Sarah Johnson, co-owner and manager of Team Johnson Real Estate at Taylor & Taylor Realty was awarded the #2 Top Producer Award for 2022. Over the years, Sarah has served in multiple elected positions for the Lincoln County Board of Realtors. She began as a Director in 2018 and was re-elected by her peers, serving two consecutive 2-year terms. She then was elected to the position of Secretary for 2021-2022 term. She is currently the Vice President of the Board. Sarah is a graduate of the Real Estate Institute and values education and mentoring highly.

Sarah Johnson is trained and licensed as a Principal Broker, is a trained Real Estate Conflict Mediator and volunteers with the Oregon Realtor Ombudsman service. During the Otis Fire of 2020, Sarah and her family were evacuated and she joined her neighbors and other Realtors within days of the disaster at the LCBR office- handing out emergency necessities, directing displaced residents to services and lending Real Estate advice to people whose documents had been lost. She continues to support the rebuilding that is now in it's third year and going strong.

Sarah's primary goal is to exceed her clients' expectations in their respective real estate pursuits.

Meet Sarah Johnson

Sarah Johnson has been a real estate Principal Broker in the Lincoln City area. She obtained her broker's license in 2015 and then passed her Principal Broker's license 3 years later.

Sarah came to the Coast in 2014. Before choosing her forever home, there were a lot of homes in numerous countries and states in her background. She was raised by two tropical ecologists (Dad is a Marine Biologist and Mom is a Tropical Botanist), which influenced her life immensely. She spent her early years in West Africa, Europe and Central America - spending time in tropical forest research stations and universities across the globe from a very young age. Her adult life saw her sailing in Santa Barbara, California and planning and training for a circumnavigation until her first child was born… then the plan changed to living in Costa Rica for 5 years with her young family (a son and a daughter), while managing a beachfront eco-tourism resort at the very tip of the Nicoya Peninsula...
